Sitting at the Road Hole for 4 days next to Tom Weiskopf at The Open was the absolute best.
Calling golf was fun, sure. But his stories, wisdom, kindness & the laughs shared remain the things I treasure and always will. Love to Laurie and all his family and friends everywhere.

Tom Weiskopf, as much as anybody was responsible for me being able to win the 1969 Open and 1970 US Open. From late 1967 thru 1968 the influence of being around his swing had immeasurable consequences for me. Our friendship never faltered! RIP my friend.

So sad for the battle Tom Weiskopf went through. He was blessed to have Laurie by his side. Working with him not so many years ago was such fun. VERY talented player and architect. โค๏ธ๐๐ผ

Major champion. Renowned course designer. One of the most admired swings in golf.
1995 #USSeniorOpen champ Tom Weiskopf left a legacy in the game that few can match.
